I train a wide range of people from athletic teenagers to people in their 70s looking to move and stay fit. My background in biomechanics allows me to work with advanced problems where other remedies to eliminate pain have failed. I have worked with a ton of clients who have lost anywhere from 10 to 50 lbs in a matter of months. I feel accomplished as a trainer when I am able to help solve my clients problems, whether it's constant pain, weight loss, or anything in between.

Root Problem Identification
One example may be, if you struggle to lose weight and have said to yourself, ‘I've tried everything and nothing works!’, that simply means you have not found the true root cause for the issue. Spencer can help you find this issue and work with you to build a plan to solve it.
Reverse Engineering to Action
By reverse engineering the identified problem, Spencer will work with you to create a plan and goal. Next, he can take that larger ambitious goal and break it down step by step into easy to remember, actionable steps you feel confident taking.
Individual Adjustments
Making adjustments along the way based on each individual is key to reaching success. Everyone is different! What worked for you 20 years ago will not work today. We need to always be on our toes making adjustments and improving.
