When you get a trainer, what are you getting? When that trainer is Spencer, you’ll receive:
1 on 1 Personal Training; 50 minute long sessions that are specifically designed for the individual for their goals
Nutrition Advice; the correct knowledge about nutrition and healthy weight loss and weight gain.
Education; I educate my clients so that they are learning what we are doing each session and why we are doing it.
A relationship; I am good friends with all my clients. We get along great and talk about anything and everything.
Qualified Trainer;3 Training Certifications and still growing. Years of experience and I know what will work and what will not work.
No BS; We will put in the work and do the right things to get you to your goal.
No FAD diets or instant fix's; It is my job to be completely honest with you and to teach you the right way to live a healthy lifestyle.
Results; You are paying me to get you where you want to be. I will make sure that we get there.
Motivation; Accountability to show up even when you don't want to. I will help you see progress that the untrained eye would not see.
